Last year I came across a post on another BB for Key Chain Chip Bags. Here are the instructions First take a personal size chip bag and rinse out the inside. Then grease a cooking sheet and lay the bag flat on it.
Preheat oven to 325'F, put in the sheet
and wait for 45 minutes to an hour, checking it every so often to make sure it doesn't stick to the sheet. After an hour it will
have shrunk to about 1.25"x2.5". Then make a hole in the corner for a key chain or anything else you want.
