Crocheted Cross
Have you ever made, or been given,
a bookmark crocheted in the form of a cross?
Did you know that if you crochet two up,
that represents the church sent out two callers.
Three sections on each side of design reminds us that Jesus said
"Where two or three are gathered together in my name,
there I will be also."
Twelve designs up represents
the twelve Disciples at the Last Supper.
The tassel
at the bottom of the cross represents
Christ carrying the cross to his Crucifixion.
The bright colors remind us
of our hope for eternal life.
-Note: - I'm sorry I don't have anymore crochet cross bookmarks.
All of the crafts that I do have came from "Craftpals Bible Craft Forums", but I did Google it for you.
Hope it helps!
