Christmas Lace Angel Ornament
Materials needed
Bedspread Crochet Thread
1" Styrofoam Ball
Rose
Beads
Narrow Ribbon
Wide Lace, 12-16?
2 pieces of cardboard, 1 6-1/2" long and 1 4-1/2" long

Wind thread around 6-1/2" cardboard 80 times.
Tie at top, leaving a long string for hanging. Remove from cardboard.
Insert the styrofoam ball in top of thread and tie beneath, forming the head. Wind thread 40 times around 4-1/2? cardboard.
Remove from cardboard and insert just beneath the head to form the arms. Tie each end of arms about 3/4" from the end. Tie body just beneath the arms, forming the waistline. Fold the arms over front, tie, and glue in place.
Gather the lace and tie around body just below the arms. Glue in place in the back for security. Cut the other end of the thread to form the skirt. Glue beads around the top of the head. Glue a double string of beads at waist. Glue and tie a ribbon at the waist. Glue a rose on the arms. Tie a knot in long string at head for hanging.
