How to make a Puncenello Angel
Take about 18" of wide ribbon (puncenello or any kind even paper twist) and fan fold it across the short way. Twist one end of a tinsel pipe cleaner around the middle fo the folded ribbon. On one side, find the middle of the ribbon and snip to the pipe cleaner. You should have a big fan on one side of the middle and two small fans on the other side.
Now, slip a head bead on the rest of the tinsel stem, and arrange it so the head is nestled between the two short fans. Wrap the rest of the tinsle stem into a halo over the head head. Add a ribbon for hanging. I hope you all can make sense of this! :-) Andrea
