Use red and green etc, Christmas bulbs for large outside lights that are burned out. Take a wooden button, glue this to medal on bulb that screws in, just down to where the bulb meets the medal. Paint flesh and add face. Glue ribbon for hanging, add hair. hair covers the rest of the medal. Glue wings to back on hair and bulb. If you want can make a pin out of this. Add halo, and a bow to front.
Toilet tissue or Paper towel roll Angel:
Take tissue roll, paint top half for face, Bottom half white, Take wide lace gathered on one side and go around tissue roll for dress. Glue hair and holo on.
Glue wings to back. Wings are cut out of white posterboard. Or use wide
white ribbon. Cut a square piece of posterboard to fold in half for book, write flying lessons or etc...glue to front, looks like she is holding book. You can use this same idea for Christmas carolers...
