Cups: Plastic communion cups, wash and allow to dry.
Bells: I used my hot glue gun to melt a hole in the bottom of the cups. Attach a long piece of craft wire to a jingle bell and thread through the hole from the inside of the cup. Do this for each bell. Twist wire together at the top of the bells to attach them together.
Bow: Using wide wire ribbon fashion a small bow.
Finishing: Wrap extra wire around the center of the bow under the ribbon so it won't show. This attaches the bells to the bow. Make a small loop from extra wire for hanging.
Now you have a christmas ornament or package decoration.
