Towel bib

Here are two baby bibs I made using kitchen towels.

Yep, gonna make sure this grandson starts out as a patriotic baby.




1. First I folded the towel in thirds and cut a hole for the neck in one fold.

Then I folded the towel in half lengthwise and cut down the fold in the back to the neck hole.

2. Pinned double folded bias tape to the back opening and around the neck.

Then zig zag stitched the bias tape all around.

Sewed velcro in two places in the back opening.

And voila, you have a nice towel bib to keep those toddler's clothes clean.
