Here is a good project, but it must be for children old enough not to put a balloon in their mouth as it can cause a choking hazard.

Take a balloon and put it on the end of a funnel, fill the balloon with approximately 1/2 cup of flour (you have to use the eraser end or something else that won't puncture the balloon to help push the flour down.
When you get that done tie the balloon shut. and you have just made a stress ball.
You can fill the balloon more or less than 1/2 cup if you want. Using a 12"or bigger balloon works best.
This works good for kids to squeeze in their hand and they love to play with them it also helps if someone has had a stroke to help get movement back and it helps at work when you get stressed.
