You use green leaves-I have placed several leaves in a container with either collected rain water or distilled water for a few weeks depending on the type of leaf.
When the green flesh has become translucent, remove from the water.
You can gently rinse them off or rub gently with a paper towel and put it on a layer of paper towel to dry.
