:I've been searching for the same and here's all I've found so far but should give you all you need!
Obviously, you make a tube from fabric.
The beads you use are called Polymer beads.
They can be found at your local outdoors nurseries.
Gardeners use these beads and mix them with the soil for retaining moisture.
You only
use 1-2 tsp of the Polymer Beads as they swell so much they will burst the fabric.
