Yes I know how to fry marbles.
My grandmother use to fry them for me.
It is very dangerious now that I look back at it but I believe it can be done another way safely.
She use to freez them so they were very cold and then she would roll them around in a hot frying pan until they cracked.
I still have some of these and they are beautiful.
