Lattice Bread Dough Basket

For the salt dough recipe, I have two recipes:

Combine 1/2 cup salt and 3/4 cup hot water in medium mixing bowl and stir.
Then add 2 cups flour and mix with a spoon.
Knead the dough until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Keep it in plastic bag so it does not dry out.

The other recipe says use 1 cup salt,
1 cup water,
and 2 cups of flour.

I believe for your basket, you will need to roll out the dough, cut it as you would for a lattice pie crust, and use a bowl turned upside down to criss-cross the strips on.
Let air dry and remove the bowl.
