Subject Re copying a picture and putting it on something
Get a color copy of your picture at your local copier (it has to be this type of copy), cut to size. Use mod podge brush on a coat vertical, dry, brush on a coat Horizontal, dry, repeat 4 or 5 times let dry over night.

Soak in warm and rub offpaper backing when all paper is off you will have a decal to put on any object painted white or a light color. apply a coat of mod podge to the item and apply decal brush on another coat.

It will be hazy but will clear as it dries. I hope this is clear enough I'm not very good at writing instructions.
