You turn them into candle holders for outside. Here are the ones I just finished. I don't have the candles in them, but you get the idea. Margie

I bought some 1/2 inch floor flanges and a 1/2 inch threaded metal rod.
Screw the flange on the rod and then use goop to glue the wine glass to the flat side of the flange.
Wrap wire around to hold in place.
The wire is 18 guage, just wrapped around the glass and I use needle nose pliers to curl the wire.
The wire holds in place pretty well.
I used Goop to attach the flat marbles to the glass and thinner wire to attach the beads.
The midddle glass, I used a bed spring that I covered with coiled wire and spray painted gold, put the stem of the glass through it and wired it on to the base.
The glass on the right, I used blue plastic coated wire and it worked really well.
After making these I have found that you can also buy plain pipe that is threaded on the ends to make these and it is less expensive, but works just as well.
You can put a small, clear votive holder and candle inside or you can use tea lights in these.

In Response To: you've been very busy (Patti E. Wisconsin USA)
Thanks Patti. What the glass is sitting on is a 1/2 inch floor flange you can find in the plumbing section of the hardware, and it screws on to a 1/2 inch threaded metal rod. I used Goop to hold it on there and wrapping the wire around gives it extra stability. You just push it in the ground and it stands up great. Yes, I was going to use small clear votive holders inside, just to be on the safe side.
