I finally got a picture of the turkey carcass sleigh I made...complete with Froggy Santa. Hope you saved those carcasses from Thanksgiving.

In Response To: Too cute and too adorable. Who would (Patti E. Wisconsin USA) Norma is the one that got me started wanting to make on of these...she posted one years ago. I finally got brave and gave it a try. The trick it to only lightly blanche the carcass, then carefully remove all the meat and gunk, then soak in bleach, then let dry and then spray paint it. I think Froggy Santa fit in there perfectly...he just needs a few more reindeer.
