Luci, I don't know how Froggy made hers, but I made these many years ago.

You use Styrofoam satin covered balls, rickrack, beads, sequins and straight pins .

You put the pins through your beads and add a sequin and push them into the balls. (A thimble helps with this part).

The rickrack can also be added by putting sequins on the pins and pushing through the balls or you can glue the rickrack on.
