Angels (lightbulb project)

Made from little Christmas lightbulbs. What do you think? My painting isn't the best, but what do you want with frozen fingers? I wanted white feathers for the wings, but all I had was gold rick rack and some scraps of gold ribbon and beads. Didn't think of it until it was too late, but birch bark would have worked too. Too cute,Margie! I think it was a great idea! I love the fact they look like they are singing! Great job! While I have you here..do you know any crafts or ornaments made using thistle?

My step mom spray paints them and adds them to styrofoam wreathes along with other pods and beans and seeds. They look very pretty in dried flower arrangements too. Margie

Those angels are really cute. Feathers would have made wonderful wings. Lightbulbs is a nice idea as they come in different sizes and shapes. Could you use left over yarn for Hair? And pipe cleaners for the halo?
