Bed Spring Ideas

We have a box spring we are about to haul off to the dump....is there anything crafty I can do with the springs? I don't think I can paint the springs, can I?????

Are box springs the same as mattress springs? If so don't haul that off to the dump Keep all those springs!!!! Remember I posted awhile back about springs. You cut out wooden shapes like chickens, sunflowers or whatever paint those and attach them to the springs. Marie

I drilled a whole in the wood piece and turned the spring upward with pliers well actually hubby did because it is very very hard to do unless you're superwoman and put some E6000� glue Here is a link to give you some ideas. I didn't put a base at the bottom and they hold up well. On the left click on products then scroll to the third one which is Sprang Thangs and click on the red heart and you will see some made up. https://www.lorisbusyfingers.com Hope this helps you out!
