scrapbooking tips

I have just started scrapbooking and also hope to make cards. If you don't have a PH pen to test your paper, cutouts, etc., the scrapbook stores do have a machine to test your things. Also, most of their bags are acid free, and some are very pretty. Cut with decorative scissors to put behind a picture or text block. If not acid free, use for greeting cards.

I have a few punches and a lot of die cuts. We share punches. When my daughters and I get together, we punch out a bunch of hearts, snowflakes, etc. We use scrap paper and photos or parts of photos (sky, water, trees, christmas trees) for special effects. I get so busy watching everyone, I just sit and punch away for everybody. My thrill is watching.

I can make my page when I come back home. So far I have made 1. HAHAHA!!! My daughter, Wendy, and her kids have made bunches. I want to get to it, but am in process of sorting photos and distributing them to the kids to make sure they get them. How about you? Interested? You could have a separate book for your crafts. A good selling tool.
