These are only 12 inches around.
I made them out of red, white and blue yarn.
I made a 12 inch ring from some wire and then I made pom-poms from yarn and attached to the wire.
I added a yellow bow with a yellow flower in the center and then glued on the flags.
They are hanging on my front drive way gate for the up coming memorial weekend and will stay there for the rest of the year if no one get the idea to help them walk away.

You can make these wreathes in any size you disire. Another way to do them would be to put all your Blue pom-poms together and then your red & white ones around the wire.
Then get some white stars and glue to the blue pom-poms. Hope you enjoy this!
