Crocheted Easter Eggs
Here is a pattern that I made up because I couldn't find one on the net.

Size G Hook Worsted Weight Yarn Ch 5, sl st in first chain to join.
Rnd 1: Ch 3, 8 dc in center of circle, join.
(Mark beg of rnd with pin or different colored yarn)
Rnd 2: Ch 2, sc in same st, *sc in next st, 2 sc in next st*, repeat around ending with 1 sc in last st, join

Rnd 3: Repeat
Rnd 2. Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc around, join
Rnd 5: Repeat
Rnd 4 Rnd 6: Ch 3, dc in next stitch,
decrease (insert hook into stitch, pull up loop, insert hook into next stitch, pull up loop - 3 loops on hook, make dc = 1 decrease made), dc in next 3 stitches, decrease, dc in next 3 stitches, decrease, join.
Rnd 7: Repeat Rnd 6
Rnd 8: Ch 2, sc in next stitch, decrease, sc around, join
Add fiberfill
Row 9: Ch 2, decrease around, end by joining.
Leave a long tail. Finish adding fiberfill.
Finishing:
Weave long end through sc stitches, pull tight and knot, weave tail into inside of egg.
Abbreviations:
beg = Beginning
sl st = Slip Stitch
ch = Chain
st = Stitch
dc = Double Crochet
sc = Single Crochet
Rnd = Round
