take a drier duct and cut it five or six per duct have someone cut it with wire cuts ....
take a piece and form a tight circle staple it makes a pumpkin then paint it orange all over then get fake leaves ond glue to the top around the hole add a stem out of a piece of paper bag rolled up about the size of fore finger and glue that into the hole it sounds hard not really hardest part is cutting and staple together Ive done this with childcare all ages parents love it and the school is doing it this year for second grade class.

here are a few ideas. i hope they help you.
take 6 or 10, 2 liter pop bottles and put a little water in them to weight them down and use a small pumpkin as a bowling ball and make a bowling game.
cover lollipops in tissue tie a ribbon around them and use markers to make eyes, these will make ghost. drill holes in a piece of wood and make the ghost stand up like in a graveyard and throw rings around them. if the ring them they get one.

also, i made out of a box, a game. out of poster board, i drew a witch face and cut out a large hole for the mouth and put this in front of the box with a matching hole in the box. i bought apples (plastic ones, like christmas ornaments and the dollar store) the object is to use a broom and sweep the apples into the witch's mouth.
if you need more ideas, let me know
