If you want grey hair for your witch, add a little

Now design your pattern for hat. Cut a 6-1/2" hat brim and hat crown that
has a straight line that is 7" and the left line on a slant that is 7" and
connect the top and bottom line together on a curve angle like ) inside
width of bottom of crown should be 8-1/4" & cut from black Paper Capers.
Cut 1/2" strips from the remaining and wrap and glue to the dowel to cover.
Glue the Wavy Wool to the top of the bell for hair. Put the lengths
of curly ribbon together and make a multi-loop, multicolor bow with extra
long streamers (as it will be curled).
Hot glue to the dowel under the bell.
Spread glue on bottom of hat crown & shape into a cone.
Slip the hat brim over the crown and glue in place. Cut a 3/4" wide length
