Pumpkins

To make little pumpkins that are very fun to play with, buy some of the
large orange plastic bags that you can stuff and put on your lawn to
look like a large pumpkin. Cut the bag into large squares of plastic
(except the parts that are printed with the face).

Again, make a ball of crumpled newspaper and put it in the center of
the square. Pull the edges up and tie at the top to make a pumpkin
shape. Take a green pipe cleaner (chenille stem) and tie it around the top.
Twist it around a pencil to curl it for the stem. Draw a face on the
pumpkin with a black permanent marker.
The pumpkins can also be made with fabric squares. The kids can even
play catch with these!
