Pacifier angel babies

We made these for my daughters baby shower.
We used a wood heart for the wings painted blue, pink, and yellow.
A large wood plug (thats what they call them at the wood shop) for the face.
Painted flesh and add dot eyes and an nose. Then glue the earing back on for the mouth.
We added a small bow at the bottom of the face.
Use the cheap wedding rings or pipe cleaners for the halo.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for or not, but when we made pacifier babies,
we used a l" wooden disc (looks like a wheel w/ small hole in center).
We glued a wooden bead on top of that and put a "wedding ring" (cheap rings used in weddings
around favors - found in most craft stores) through the holes of the bead.
We took the "pacifier" (painted in desired color)and glued it onto the mouth of the baby. good luck!
