Hair Bow from Candy Wrappers:

Supplies for 1 hair bow:
1 medium french clip barrette measuring approx. 2-1/4" long,
2 candy wrappers (example M & M bags),
1 yd. each red,
yellow,
blue,
green and white curling ribbon (or) shredding
ribbon and a shredder and (1/2 yd.) beading wire.

Open up the french barrette and take out the "spring" that is in the center.
Crimp each candy wrapper in the center and then place the two crimped
sections together. Lay the crimped portion of the bow on the top,
center of the barrette so the right side faces up. Secure the bow to the
barrette by wrapping securely with the beading wire.
Set aside the white ribbon.

Place the others together side by side and knot in the middle.
Use a table knife or your scissors to curl the ribbon from the knot to the
end of each ribbon end.
Lay the knotted portion of the ribbon on top of the crimped portion of
the bow. Secure the ribbon to the candy wrapper with the white curling
ribbon. (Wrap the center of the white ribbon around the center of
the bow and tie a knot.) To finish, curl the ends of the white ribbon
