Chocolate Easter Eggs

Subject: Chocolate Easter Eggs
1/4 lb butter
2 pkg chocolate pudding mix (to cook)
1/2 cup milk
1 lb powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
Melt butter in saucepan, & add dry pudding mix from package.
Stir until blended.
Add milk & boil.
Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add; sugar, vanilla & nuts. Stir until smooth.
Butter hands & shape by spoonfulls into eggs. Put on waxed paper on a
tray/plate & chill until cold.
Great to frost & decorate with small flower. Also to dip in melted
chocolate, and leave plain, decorate, or roll in coconut or nuts.
