jelly bean carrrots

Take stiff, clear cellophane wrap, cut a 15" square.
Then cut on the diagonal, making two triangles.
With triangle point on top, wrap the sides making a cone with the two tips
of the triangle meeting the top point and making sure the bottom of the
cone is closed.
Hold the cone in one hand and fill with 8 ounces of orange gourmet jelly
beans. Twist the top closed and tape the seam on the cone.
Tie the top with a bright green bow using curly ribbon. Makes 2-7"long carrots.
when I make mine, I use the green grass that is used
in easter baskets for the tops of the carrot, then tie
with the ribbon to keep it in place. I also use
plastic see through pastry bags for my carrots. They
save me time, and they're not that costly.
